The front desk employee was very friendly and respectful. The hotel's location was convenient, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hot showers were amazing after a long day of sightseeing.

The person at reception was really polite and courteous, which was a great start to our city trip. the location was quite convenient as we were able to access some key city attractions with ease.
We were quite disappointed with the dinner room service, as it took a really long time to arrive and the plates were not cleared regularly. We also noticed that the room was not cleaned every day, which was a bit of a letdown.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The reception staff were unbelievably polite and courteous. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped into the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable. We were also impressed by the variety of facilities available in the hotel. The hotel had convenient parking facilities and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The complimentary breakfast provided was delicious and the staff at the breakfast buffet were attentive to our needs.
